On July 6, 2007, Administration Services, Inc. was acquired by Zenith Administrators, Inc. a national employee benefits administrator.
 
About Zenith Administrators, Inc.:

Zenith has 800 employees located in 22 offices throughout the United States.  The company provides employee benefits, general administration and computer services to 340 multi-employer, single employer and governmental organizations nationally.  Zenith has been in business since 1963.
 
About Administration Services, Inc. (ASI):
 
Administration Services, Inc. began in 1956 as a public accounting practice and was incorporated in 1972.  ASI has 44 employees, providing employee benefits administration services to 21 multi-employer and single employer groups throughout the Northwest United States.  ASI has been in business for over 50 years.
 
We at Administration Services and Zenith Administrators are dedicated to continuing the same excellent customer service our clients have come to expect.
